Description This nice apartment is situated in a traditional Paris building on the quiet Rue Lacharriere. It´s just a short walk to the Metro stations Saint-Maur, Saint-Ambroise, or Richard-Lenoir which will take you through Paris to the Opera, the Champs Elysees, Trocadero, Bastille, or Pere Lachaise in a few minutes. This apartment was completely restored in April 2003, and offers 41 m² (440 square feet) of living space. After the hallway appears the living room where the kitchen and the fireplace are. At the end of this room, a door gives you access to the bedroom which is equipped with a large bathroom and a separate lavatory. This bright apartment is perfect for two couples or a couple with two children. In the main room there is a large sofa bed; and in the bedroom there are two separate single beds which make a king size bed if we put the two beds edge to edge. The kitchen is ergonomic and well equipped.
